Happy Earth Day

Grrr. I just wrote a nice long post on the happenings of our lives, and went to post and it is gone. So now you get the short version, as boys are getting into who knows what.

Happy Earth Day. Today we talked about being good stewards over the earth during preschool time. Thomas is very excited to start recycling again, and is looking for ways to reduce, recycle and reuse in our life.

Thomas is such a good helper. He is growing well and is understanding more about the world every day. He goes to the ENT tomorrow to find out if his ear drum has closed, or if another surgery is necessary. He helped make Strawberry Jam last week and was a model for the dress I am donating to the Silent Auction that will benefit a ward member who has been diagnosed with cancer. He was a bit hesitant, but was easily swayed with a bribe of a Jelly Bean(that is right, a jelly bean. One, Uno).

Brady is finally getting better. He is still not talking much, but jabbers up a storm when he feels like it. He loves shoes. It doesn't matter who they belong to. He wants to wear them. He is growing like crazy and gets into anything and everything. If a door is left open, he will find it. Luckily, he has stopped putting everything and anything into his mouth. He just puts in a few things here and there.
